1 - How can I contact you?

2 - How do I order a diploma?

Ordering a Replacement or Fake Novelty diploma is easy! All you need to do is go to our home page, choose what you need, fill out the realistic diplomas order form and checkout! We will do the rest and you sit back and wait for it to arrive.

3 - Why is my shopping cart empty?

You must create an account BEFORE you fill out the details of your order. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the header, create an account, THEN select your product and your specifications.

4 - I need one NOW! How soon can I get a Realistic Diploma?

This depends on when we receive your order and payment. Here is what we offer for Arrival Times. Times do not include Weekends or Holidays

5 - I have placed my order but have not received it or heard from you

Many times we try to contact you regarding your order. Thare are a few things that will cause your order to not go out whether it be a problem on your order, a proof, or we need to collect payment on your order.

Sometimes our e-mails go to your junk folder and NOT your inbox. When you are execting your order within a certain time period or are waiting for a proof, please check your junk mail box as well and call us if you haven't heard from us. We always contact our customers regarding problems to insure that they get their order in a timely manner.

Another way to get our e-mails is to add us to your address book while your order is in progress. Please add:

6 - I'd like a Custom diploma. How do I get one?

We do custom orders all the time. Simply e-mail us at [email protected] or call us during normal business hours Eastern Standard Time, USA to inquire about price and details.

7 - Will my Realistic Diploma match the actual one from the school I choose?

Your Realistic Diploma will look exactly like the design you choose on your order. We offer many different designs that we have created and your information will be customized in your design of choice. We do not offer Actual Replicas of your school's diploma.
Our High School and GED's also do not match the exact layout or wording of any real school's diploma. Instead, we use design elements and wording found in several actual diplomas. We offer 4 designs for high schools and 3 design for GED's.
Any of our standard designs can be customized with your choice of school name, your name, degree, major and date of graduation.


8 - Will my Realistic Diploma include the actual school emblem and signatures?

Most schools own a copyright on their seal or emblem -- no one else can legally copy them. Instead, we offer a fully Customizable Emblem --which we customize with the school name. This can be chosed on your diploma order. NONE of our seals are embossed except for the Excellence emblem. All other seals are printed flat.

For signatures, we use a number of in-house signatures. As you place your order, you'll have the option of leaving the signature lines blank or choosing our signatures. Our signatures use real names that are not associated with the school in any way. We cannot use the real names under any circumstance.


9 - What are Realistic Diplomas made of?

Realistic Diplomas use the same high-quality paper and printing techniques used to print actual diplomas.


10 - My order was declined but my card has been charged. What do I do?

In this case your bank has approved the card and our bank has declined it for some reason. When this happens we get an authorization code to approve those charges manually. Your bank is holding the money until we do that. Fill out this Autorization form and fax it back to us. If we don't get an approval from you we will not approve the charge and your bank will release the money they are holding back into your available balance within a few days.

13 - Can I cancel my order at any time?

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. If you would like to cancel a paid order, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. This is because we have taken time to start the production process. If you have placed and paid for an order and the order has been shipped and signed for at the time of delivery, there will be no refunds unless we have made a mistake on the documents. If we have made an error we will work with you to get the corrections made and get a new document to you. By Ordering from the site you are agreeing to this and all policies associated with the site.

Most Common Questions

How Can I Place an Order?
Placing an order is easy! For a Realistic Diploma or Realistic Transcript of your very own, you must create an account first. Then, add the item that you would like to the shopping cart. Fill out the form, and check out!

Can I place my Order over the Phone?
For accuracy reasons, we don’t take orders by phone. Spelling and content are important, and mistakes often happen over the phone. Please use our online order system.

Why Didn’t I Get an Order Number?
If you didn’t get an order number, you may not have placed your order correctly. Check your shopping cart and see if it is still there. If so, please try to place the order again. If not, get in contact with us via phone or e-mail.

What Types of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit, debit and gift cards. If you would like to make your payment over the phone, please call us once your order has been placed and speak with a representative.

What Can I Use My Diploma For?

Our diplomas, degrees and Realistic transcripts can be used for anything you’d like within legal restructions.

You can:

· Fool your friends or coworkers
· Give as a gift
· Props for media, commercials, TV, etc.
· Show off at a reunion or other social events
· Boost your ego

How real do they look?
We have the most realistic quality documents on the market. We offer raised gold seals and do our best to match the letter style, text, line spacing and other design elements used by actual institutions. We do not forge signatures or use seals or emblems held by copyright.

Is This Legal?
Do not use our products to misrepresent yourself. They are for novelty or replacement use, only. and CANNOT be used as real in a real environment if you are not on file with the school directly. 

Will My Product Be Registered to the School?
Only if you are already on file with the school. Otherwise no, They may look real, but they are not actually associated with real schools. They are replacment or novelty ( fake ) only. 

Do You Offer Verification?
No. Any site that says they have a verification service should raise a red flag toyou. Someone besides the school of choice doing “verification” is of no real use.

14 - Order Status

When I placed my order for free shipping someone at your company said I'd receive it in 5 days. Why hasn't it shipped yet?
By ordering the free shipping you are put in the queue with all of our production orders. While we can give you an estimated ship date, we cannot guarantee it will ship on THAT day. We may get a large amount of same-day orders, and they take priority over our ground shipping.

We DO guarantee you will receive it within 8-11 business days as stated on your shipping option. If you would like to upgrade shipping you may. Simply email [email protected] and they can take your upgrade payment.

I never rec'd my tracking #.
We send our customers a tracking information email via UPS' email system when we produce the shipping label. Your junk mail folder may have caught this email. Please look in the junk mail folder, or contact us for the tracking information.

I have emailed you but haven't heard back, why?
Check your junk mail folder.

We always respond quickly to email inquiries and make it our goal to provide the best in customer service. It’s hard for us to do that if you do not get our emails so please if you haven't heard back, add our addresses to your address book and then email us again.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.

Paid Orders
If you would like to cancel the order after having placed it and paid for it there will be a cancellation fee of 15% of your order total. If you have placed the order and paid for it and the order has been shipped, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

15 - Shipping

How is the diploma shipped?
The diploma is placed in a sheet protector, then in a cardboard flat to protect it during shipping. the label will say Doc Printers. There is a sticker on the outside of the cardboard flat letting you know that inside is a novelty document. You can throw the flat away when you receive it. Then the flat is placed in a UPS Hard Pack box like the picture at the link below:

Will my credit card statement or return address label it is shipped in say "Realistic Diploma"?
Your credit card statement and return label on the UPS box will not say Realistic Diplomas or mention anything about the nature of the product. It will state Doc Printers after 3/1/2020 and Custom Ventures Prior to 3/1/2020

How soon can I receive my order?
It really depends on where you are located, and the shipping that you choose. We have several different shipping options listed on our website. You can view our shipping options.

In the US we can get it to you as soon as the following day if you need it that quickly. The estimates listed at the link above include production and shipping time. For instance, if you choose the highest priority shipping (3 business days) and ordered before Noon EST today, this would have counted as the first business day. Your order would then ship out tomorrow, and you would receive it on Friday. If it's not that much of a rush we even offer free shipping for 8-11 business days in the US. We also have international standard and expedited shipping available.

Please remember you will not choose your shipping until you have proceeded from your shopping cart to the actual order screen where you fill in your address information.

I don't see my country on the drop down menu for shipping? Does that mean I can't order?
If you don't see your country listed this means we have another procedure or information to give you before you can complete your order. Please email [email protected] so customer service can give you instructions on how to complete your order. Note, some countries we do not ship to.

Why is same-day service not listed as a shipping option? I need it now!
One reason is it may be a holiday weekend and we disable the option so people do not pay extra when they cannot receive the order.

Occasionally we have so many orders we have to remove same-day service from the website until we catch up in the production department. This can be for as little as a few hours and usually not longer then a day. We don't want to sacrifice quality in our documents because we don't have time to meet demands.

How do I know I will receive my order?
We have a shipping guarantee that you can see. We use UPS for most shipments and USPS for those that only have PO Boxes. Both methods of shipment are very reliable but ONLY UPS will provide a tracking number. Once you get your tracking number you will be able to watch the package as its in route to your house. Another reassuring fact is that we take credit cards for payment. All card holders are protected by their issuing back for fraudulent purchases. That is why we prefer this method for payment so you know that you are making a 100% secure and trustworthy transaction from our store.

Does someone need to be there to sign for the package?
Yes, it is very important to know when you order that our packages will require an adult signature upon delivery. This will insure the packages can be properly tracked and is delivered to the correct address.

What if I need to ship to an APO or PO Box address?
We cannot ship to an APO or PO Box for any other shipping method than standard priority. We prefer a physical address so we can ship by UPS trackable shipping, but if you only have a PO Box or APO address we can use USPS non-trackable shipping instead. Keep in mind that we cannot be held liable for lost packages if we must use this method to ship.

What if I place an order after your cut off time or after you closed?
The shipping choice that you choose will tell you the wait time NOT including Holidays or weekends. So if you order same day service after noon Eastern Time it will mail the following business day.

If you order Saturday shipping after noon Eastern time on Friday your order will mail on Monday. We can never ship Saturday orders on Saturday; if you need it on Saturday it must be placed on or before Friday before noon Eastern time.

16 - Making Payment

How much will it cost?
To better serve our customers we have several options to choose from, which make it impossible for us to quote you a price based on the fact you'd like a diploma. Create an account, go to the product you want, begin choosing your options and then proceed to the shopping cart. At the cart you will get a total cost, not including shipping.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit, debit and gift cards -- Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you would like to speak to a representative to pay for your order once it’s been placed online, call us once you have your order number. It will state Doc Printers after 3/1/2020 and Custom Ventures Prior to 3/1/2020

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.

Paid Orders
If you would like to cancel the order after having placed it and paid for it there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your order total. If you have placed the order and paid for it and the order has been shipped, we cannot offer you a refund.

17 - Receiving Design Proofs

I ordered a proof, when will I receive it to look over??
That depends on the shipping you choose. We try to send proofs the day before the order would normally be shipped to give you time to look over them and approve. If you order same-day service we will do the best we can to get you your proof as early as possible so we can get it out for next-day shipping, but as stated on the website, proofing can delay shipment. We cannot be held responsible if same-day shipments arrive late due to the proofing process, and we cannot offer refunds based on this.

18 - Diplomas

What if you don't have my High School available for a replica?
Our high school designs are not meant to match any individual school. We have dozens of designs and we'll use the design that best represents the geographic area your school is locate in.

Will the diploma have "Realistic Diploma" written anywhere on it like the sample you sent me and the images I see on your website?
No, it will not say replica or Realistic Diploma or copy on the actual diploma. The website images show a watermark to product our proprietary designs.

I have a scan of the diploma I need replicated. Can you do that?
Probably, but we can't tell for sure until we see the design. If you have a copy of the diploma that you want us to replicate you need to scan it in a 300dpi high quality image and send it to: [email protected]

What paper should I use?
Each school can use a different color and size paper based on their preference. However, through our years of experience, we have developed a chart for you to choose which paper sample will most likely to work for you. We’ve based this decision on the school’s location; type of diploma or degree, and year the diploma was issued. While we cannot guarantee this is 100% accurate, it is a good rule-of-thumb to ensure you receive the most authentic document possible. If you would like to know the paper type to choose for a specific school, please let us know, as we may have the actual diploma on file feel free to view our paper suggestions.

What date do I choose?
We rely on you to choose the correct date on your document. If you do not remember the correct date please call the school or do some research to find the correct date, this is important.

We recommend graduation months such as May for Colleges and Universities and June for High Schools.
The year of graduation and exact date will be up to you. Many schools only include the Month and year.

Will my Realistic Diploma include the actual school emblem or signatures?
Most schools own a copyright on their seals or emblems. We don't want either of us to get into trouble -- our solution is to use some combination of our gold embossed emblems, the actual State Seal or our Customizable Emblem --which we customize with the actual school name.

Regarding signatures... we're not forgers here guys! You can choose from our in-house signatures (real names and signatures but not associated with any school) or choose to leave the signature lines blank.

What design do I choose?
Our Realistic Diploma designs have been created based on a composite of real diplomas that match geographical regions. While they may not match exactly, they are very realistic looking. Please take a look at all our designs before you choose.

What are they printed on?
Realistic Diplomas and Realistic Transcripts are printed on the same high quality paper and printed on the same equipment used to print real diplomas and real transcripts.

Our frames are made specifically for awards and diplomas. They include a glass cover and a double matte of beige and gold.

19 - Transcripts

I have my own classes I want to use for transcripts. Can you do that?
Absolutely, before placing the order please email: [email protected]. We will give you information on how to place an order incorporating the classes you want on your transcript. Please do not place the order before emailing him.

I need a transcript from (insert name here). How much will it cost?

What date do I choose?

What is the difference between graduation date and issue date?
The graduation date is the date you graduated from the school. The issue date would be the date the documents were printed. On our transcripts we have both a graduation and issued date. If your graduation date is recent (the last few years) you can make the issue date the same as the graduation date. The issue date is mostly for people ordering document replicas that are 10 or more years old. It's a way of explaining why the transcripts are new even though you graduated years before- As if you had ordered a new copy of your transcripts.

In that case you can have a graduation date of 06/04/1988, and you have the option of putting an issue date of 01/09/2009, thus explaining why your documents look new.
