If there happens to be a problem with the shipment on our part, this guarantee will apply to your cost for shipping and handling, not the cost of your product.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with correct and complete shipping information. These reasons may delay orders and are NOT covered by our guarantee:

3 - You don't provide complete shipping information,
4 - You provide conflicting shipping info,
5 - You are proofing your order and we are waiting for your approval,
6 - UPS provides a signature proving that your order has been delivered,
7 - If we ship to a PO Box via USPS,
8 - If you mail your order to us. USPS will cause a huge delay as they take a time to deliver your order. We will ship orders mailed to us on time according to when they arrive at our door.
9 - If we ship to a "remote area" that delays delivery.
