We only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company. If you want any other shipping address, you must pay by mailed money order.
You need to sign for the delivery when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for it on the original delivery date, UPS will attempt to delivery twice again. If you are unable to receive the package, the product will be returned to us. There will be a re-shipping charge equal to the first charge.

Packaging
Your shipment will be packaged in a UPS box. The return address will be NOT be from "Realistic Diplomas" or say anything about the nature of the product. The inside of the package will not include a packing slip or receipt.
